Thank you for the My Siblings Mae doll! She is so pretty and well made and I know my daughter will love her. I also love the message behind these dolls, to help kids learn that everyone is different and to be accepting of others. I like the book that came with her! We have 3 children with cerebral palsy in our extended family, and I love that your company seeks to educate children about differences while making all kids feel special.

I would like to thank you for the Mae doll. She is beautiful and my daughter was so excited to see it! The doll is made nicely and the clothing and packaging was great! I think it is wonderful that you are giving this opportunity to people with disabilities to work and make children (and adults...me) happy with the dolls. The stories and themes of the dolls are great! Having a brother with disabilities, I know how hard it is for them to find work. My brother was so excited to see the doll and learn about how it was assembled and packaged. Now he would like to work for you too! ;) We will be purchasing more dolls from you in the future and thank you again for Mae!

Charlotte loves the doll. She was mesmerized by it when she first opened it. I think it was exactly as she imagined it would be, right down to the freckles. In Charlotte's own words, "I am not letting him out of my sight." She named him Chris. She has decided that the clothes that he is wearing are "school clothes" and my Grandmother made him a plaid outfit of shorts and a button down shirt, and a pair of jeans and with a jean jacket. Thanks again for your excellent service.

Dear Loretta Boronat: The Mommies Network had a tremendous year in growth internally as well as externally in 2010.   With over 100 chapters nationally, over 32,000 members, and with an average of 104 new members daily, TMN is growing rapidly and making a positive impact on the communities where our members live and in the national "community" as well.

As The Mommies Network continues to grow and expand in 2011, we wanted to pause and thank those businesses and individuals who have helped us to reach a new level in our growth.  We are grateful to you for your support in 2010 and want you to know that without the support of you and others like you, we would not be where we are today.  Your donation of My Pal for Peace and My Sibling Doll for our national auction was greatly appreciated and helped us to raise $1,000 for the National Association to End Domestic Violence and to provide support to over 30,000 women across the county.

The beginning of 2011 has already seen tremendous changes and growth for The Mommies Network with more to come.  In an effort to refocus on our mission, TMN is shifting our charitable focus on volunteering in our community. When the economy is tough our charitable contributions are typically one of the first things to go, but that does not have to mean money or collecting goods. It can also mean time and talent. We are going to explore the opportunities right in our neighborhoods where we can lend a helping hand.  Additionally, The Mommies Network plans to open approximately 20 more sites, bringing on a new board of directors, and launch a national forum.  2011 sees us confidently moving forward in our mission to ensure that every mommy has a community where she can find support. Thank you again for your support in 2010.  We are looking forward to what 2011 has in store and hope that you will continue to support our work and our mission.

Hi Loretta, I hope you are enjoying the holiday season thus far!  I wanted to send you a quick message to let you know that the dolls were received and look amazing!  I am so excited about having a wonderful resource for families.  We are in the process of information families via internet as well so I will be contacting you when I can get something together to refer additional people to you.  The stories are beautiful and really are great for the siblings as well!  The work experience component has been a huge exciting point for the adult therapists and job coaches I work with.Also, I have just started a blog with a coworker: http://www.theautismangle.blogspot.com/ (I am pictured on the right) and would love to mention you as a resource there and add any personalized information you would like me to include.  Again, this can be approached after the holidays but I think this would be a nice way to help get the word out.
